It’s clear that Donuts are only more and more popular, which means they’re also getting more and more creative. San Diego is full of yummy donut shoppes and we’re proud to support them all… we eat a lot of donuts…
Check out our reviews of our favorite donut shops in San Diego! Don’t forget to tag #StayHungrySD when you go to try them for yourself.

Nomad Donuts

Nomad is a must-stop for every visit to Adams avenue. It’s got a super hip vibe and can often be found partnering with local North Park & University Heights businesses. Every donut from Nomad uses produce from local farmers, including eggs. The produce they get is what defines their artisanal flavors, and keeps the menu super interesting.

The Regulars’ Pick: Bourbon Hazel Donut
For The Adventurer: If you ever walk in to see that they have the ‘Corn Cheddar Jalapeno Cake with Rosemary & Bacon’ we triple dog dare you to try it.

Tasty Tip: Get there early! They often sell out in the afternoon.

Donut Bar

I swear, Donut Bar is worth the wait. Even though the line is always out the door (yes, literally always) these donuts do not disappoint. They’ve won a ton of awards to prove it, including being one of the 33 Best Donut Shops In America. No big deal.

Grab as many as you can until they are all gone! #DonutBar #bestdonutsintheworld
