The Truckstop Burger is a great choice, a meal that is as filling as it is flavorful. You’ll enjoy a 1/2-pound patty made from certified Angus beef on a brioche bun. The standard toppings are shredded Iceburg lettuce, red onion, tomato, pickle and a secret sauce. You can add cheese for $1.00 or even swap out a vegetarian black bean patty. Like all of their sandwiches, it comes with French fries.
Other sandwiches on the lunch menu include a tuna melt made with white cheddar cheese, a French dip made with tri-tip, a BBQ pork sandwich, a blackened chicken sandwich and the eternally popular turkey club, topped with avocado.
Their breakfast menu includes plenty of tempting dishes, including country fried steak and eggs, a carne asada breakfast burrito, chicken and waffles, and even huevos rancheros. The hungriest diners may try their stomach with the Mac Truck Challenge, which is not for the faint of heart.
